Getting Sponsorships For My New Website

I want to get a sponsorship for my new website (no audience yet) from some businesses in a specific niche market. I've been thinking of running their digital advertising campaigns for free for at least a month. They can give me the necessary budget, and I'll run the campaigns from that point onward. If there's a conversion, I only ask for 1/2 of the standard payout they give to other affiliates/marketers. They can also place banners on my website, and I can also write weekly content about their products/services. What are the methods to gain sponsorship for them?

If you can reference some success and traffic on your ``old`` websites that you have already developed --what is the problem here?

From their POV --why bother? Really, if they have an affiliate program or an influencer referral program --they have nothing to lose.
Brand safety and reputation may be an issue here also.

Why should you have to give your work away for less that it is worth?
