This is how i handled the no affiliate program problems.
I had a potential client that wanted to do the same for high end medical procedures. I finialy talked him in to putting up local pages within his site and we pushed them up into the top 10 page by page for the major metros.
Once he had a page solid in the first page, he then called local professional in his field and leased the pages and customized them for that doctor.
He now has 26 major cities ranking and leased for over 60 k per month.
Not bad for 3 months work, huh???
There is always a way to make things happen, you just have to think outside of the box.
