Hello All,
I went through a course recently, (which I won't mention) which described how these two gentleman promote CPA offers (primarily trial offers, but others as well). They stated in the course that once someone puts a video on YouTube its public domain. However, I didn't think this sounded right.
They suggest finding offers from a network, then finding videos that others have already put up and slightly altering them (you have to download them first with a special browser extension) so that youtube will not tell you they are they same video. Then you basically "highjack" someone else's video by adding better keywords etc., and repost it under your channel.
Is there anyone here who can tell me if this is legal? I don't want to do anything BH that might put me on the wrong side of the law. I'm interested in creating a long term business doing CPA, so I just want to be sure.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Casey
