As you know, if we want to be safe when promoting CPA/Affiliate offers, we should show a Disclaimer in the landing page to avoid any charges from the FTC.
The need of a disclaimer is mandatory in CPA free trials, pin submits offers... However, I wonder if there is any need for it when promoting FREE Sign up browser games, like league of legends.
those offers are FREE and there is no risk for the user to signup. so, why would we use a Disclaimer that will decrease the conversion rate.
also, I read that the FTC works only in US and Canada. So, if we were targeting an assian country like Singapore and Malaysia, would we need a Disclaimer for a free signup game?
