Affiliate Programs that we authorize offer their platforms to affiliates.
As a rule, there is no fee to join an affiliate network or program.
Affiliates are either accepted or declined based on their *worthiness* (whatever that means to the network or program).

Kudos for providing a succinct and accurate overview of how most programs work!
We're always surprised when affiliates don't realize this, or understand that there's a mutually beneficial relationship element to working together. It's rather astonishing how often we receive aff applications with little to no information at all.
