Is FB a good avenue for CPA marketing

Hey Guys

I'm interested in everyones thoughts on FB as a good traffic source. I know that there are a tonne of people on their and my CTR has been decent on my ad campaigns, but i can't for the life of me get good conversions from my Landers. My CPA offer is getting such a low rate of clicks which is frustrating and i cant figure out what's going wrong.
One school of thought is that I am getting the wrong kinds of people to click on the FB ad ive created.

This is all about conversation. If you already have some followers outside fb then you can drive them to your fb group and get more follower by spreading valuable content via your friends/followers. But take a note that last changes on fb algo mention now at first posts and share's from friends/mutual friends and followed accounts.
