Selling Fanpages is againt FB TOS and they will soon find it and disable the page. Why dont you monetize the page yourself?

Te cost of a fanpage depends on how many likes you have. This however has lost value and nowdays people are concerned to know whether the page has likes that are active. If you have followers that are very active, then be sure to charge the page a good amount of money. You can know this by placing a post and find the likes and comments you will receive.
