How do I redirect my affiliate links using a domain name?

I'm still new at the affiliate model!

I know that some methods of cloaking or redirecting can hurt my SEO.

I also want to add that I have my own server.

How can I redirect using a domain name?

Here's an article that explains how to do it that is if what you are trying to do is use a domain that redirects to the affiliate link.

Just be sure this type of redirect is allowed by the merchant.

You know you can also use .htaccess to redirect and then you don't need to buy a separate domain name. The link would just look like yoursite.com/product or yoursite.com/keyword and you could have as many as you like all on your one domain.
