Personally, I don't think so, atleast I can't see that happening in the short term. I've had a quick look for user numbers on both, but not found much. You might want to look that up which will help you find out how the two compare up. Try searching for blogs about Buzz vs. Facebook etc, that might be interesting too!

facebook is very much ahead than other social sites like twitter, buzz and linkdin
