Ah yes, I remember Neutralize getting taken over by Guava.

Not quite; taken over by Notebene, rather than Guava.

Several companies across Europe were bought by Notebene last year, who then re branded the entire group to Guava, the name of one of the companies Notebene bought in the UK.

The company formerly known as Neutralize takes care of the Guava Groups SEO contracts in the UK.

I just heard someone say to me that they had been taken over bu Guava.

I don't really pay much attention to marketing agencies in the UK.
