Googles definition of a Adult Content Site

Hi guys,
As you know before Ive got problems with a site posting my full name on there, I reported it to google as it contained personal info about me but google refused the removal request, and a family member has now the same problem this time regarding his business being spoken about in should we say a degrading and untrue fashion.
Google say they will remove webpages from its listings if they contain someones full name, personal info or regarding their business if info like that appears on a Adult Content site.
By Adult Content do google just mean things like porn sites or just all sites in general used by the Adult Community such as message boards, social networking sites etc?

no social networking and message board site will not be included in adult but if site has some adult pages and meta tags in some pages, than it would be included in adult site. Heavy adult words can list your site in adult category.

the site in question contains some soft porn and you get the occasional swearfest without words being bleeped out, would that be considered Adult by google do you think?
Also is Googles removal requests dealt with by humans or is it computerised and how do they go about removing the content?

What Im wondering is do Google work with the site owners in question to get the pages from Googles search engine removed or do Google just remove it themselves if they feel its necessary?
The reason being is because my family member has contacted this site owner 3 times to request this and hasnt received 1 reply back so far.
