EWA The Private Network is going through some changes. It is up to you to except the terms. These networks get scamed all the time and it hurts people that play by the rules. None the less here is the new policy:
Payment Explanation
As part of our accounting overhaul, we decided to revise and simplify the payment terms in a way that publishers can easily figure out which way they are getting paid and why. EWA Network is in the process of completely automating our payable so we can offer more flexible payment terms to our publishers. If you have any questions feel free to contact support now.
Weekly Payment Schedule
EWA Private Network pays affiliates Weekly NET4, Monday-Sunday with payment sent the following Thursday. Our network operates on Mountain Standard Time (USA). Publishers must generate a minimum of $2000.00 a week to opt-in for weekly payments.
BiMonthly Payment Schedule
EWA Private Network pays publishers that generate $750 a week ($1500 in a two week period) opt-in to BiWeekly NET15 payments. Fifteen business days following the two week period the payment will arrive based on the payment you select.
Monthly Payment Schedule
EWA Private Network pays publishers that do not opt-in to BiWeekly or Weekly payments opt-in to Monthly NET15 payments. Fifteen business days following the month payment will arrive based on the payment you select.
Daily, Early and Exception Payments
We understand the struggles of early cashflow and can work with individuals on a case by case basis to help pay faster. Contact your affiliate manager for more details on how to get approved for daily and faster payments to build your cashflow. Please note that there may be a percentage cost to early payments.
Tax Documentation
Both domestic and international affiliates must file US tax documents before getting paid. Publishers must use a real signature (non-electronic) on such documents. This is the first step for new EWA Private Network affiliates to complete:
■(USA) affiliates must sign and submit a W-9 tax document.
■(International) affiliates must sign and submit a W8-BEN tax document.
Domestic Affiliate Payment Methods
We offer several different payment methods to domestic (USA) publishers so they can quickly rejuvenate their cashflow. Below are the associated thresholds and methods:
■Domestic ACH / Direct Deposit - Affiliates must generate a minimum $50 to opt-in to ACH’s. We do not charge for this method of payment and we urge publishers to submit their details. Before contacting support, please note that it takes upwards of 72 hours for direct deposits to clear your account.
■Domestic Bank Wire - Affiliates generating over $1000 to opt-in to receive instant bank wires. We highly suggest that publishers earning enough switch to this method so they can rejuvenate their advertising campaigns instantly. Please note that there is a $20 associated fee from our bank.
■PayPal - Affiliates must generate a minimum of $500 to opt-in to PayPal payments. Please note that we reserve the right to deny PayPal payments at any time and switch to you an alternative method.
■Traditional Paper Checks - Affiliates must generate a minimum of $50 to receive a paper check. We highly suggest you switch to ACH / Direct Deposits as they are faster, trackable and entirely free. Paper checks are filed monthly net fifteen due to convenience.
We highly suggest that publishers file both ACH / Direct Deposit and Bank Wire details with us so if you generate under threshold, your payment is automatically made the alternative method. If you only file one payment method and you don’t meet threshold your balance is held until that is met. Please note that there is a compliance period for new affiliates as detailed below. We also offer daily, biweekly and early payments for publishers with percentage fees as detailed further below.
International Affiliate Payment Methods
Below are the various methods of payment that we allow for publishers:
■International Bank Wire - This is the preferred way to make payments to affiliates due to the speed of payments. There is an associated intl. wire fee of $22.50 charged by our bank to us.
■PayPal - We offer PayPal payments to international affiliates with a threshold of $500 for weekly payments. Any lesser balances are suggested to be cleared out on a monthly net fifteen basis using this method for ease and speed of payment.
■International ACH* - We now have the ability to make international ACH's to United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. There is a lesser fee of $10.50, but these can take much longer to clear your bank account.
■Western Union* - We offer Western Union in select countries including Pakistan, Hong Kong and China.
■Traditional Check - This is by request only and we strongly advise against it due to the speed it takes to get to addresses, the chance it gets lost in the mail, and the amount of sheer time it takes to clear. Checks are filed monthly net fifteen due.
Please note that international wires, ACHs and Checks can take several days to reach the bank account and are very difficult to track, please allow time for the wire to hit before contacting support. International affiliates that make less than the weekly threshold get paid out monthly net fifteen. Keep in mind that we have separate terms for affiliates located in China, Indonesia, Hong Kong, India, and Pakistan.
New Affiliate Compliance
To ensure the highest quality leads for merchants, new affiliates must wait for the first payment term thirty days following their first generated lead. For example, if a publisher runs traffic on the 1st, their first payment will be made on the 4th of the following month (Weekly NET4). After their compliance period, they revert to faster weekly payment terms. We do make exceptions to waive this for publishers that can deliver high volume or come well recommended, contact your affiliate manager for more details.
Accounting Support
As of November 1, 2012, we will begin the process of entirely phasing out all email accounting support as it’s proven to be highly unorganized and unscalable. Over the next several weeks we will be transitioning every request to our ticket system.
