Do you pay taxes when buying traffic?

Hello,

Do you usually pay VAT (taxes) when buying traffic? I was trying to buy traffic at exoclick, 200 euros and they wanted to charge me 40 euros VAT. What do you do in these cases? You use an address that does not require you to pay taxes?

I will have to find another traffic source where they don't charge me extra money for trying them.

Sometimes when buying stuff like software I simply change the country to e.g. Gibraltar during payment. But usually I'm getting the VAT back from our tax office. It depends on the country you are living.

Maybe getting a VAT ID helps you. Sometimes you don't have to pay VAT with a VAT ID (depending on country).

Yes, but this VAT ID is for freelancers or for companies. I am not yet any of them... Hopefully soon

Not really. It's for every entrepreneur/businessman/tradesman – at least here in Germany. Is it really different in Spain?
