Cheap CPC native ads (direct to LP)

I'm looking for a decent network for CPC native (content) ad units.

Requirements:
- ability to target Polish traffic (not necessarily on Polish-language sites)
- low CPC, preferably under $0.10
- direct linking do LP

Any ideas?

Try bing ppc and set the country to Poland, bid your keywords .10. But it's hard to get traffic by .10 unless your ad score is high.

Ok, which networks though? I've tested a few and none allow bidding that low.

Not yet, no. I was under the impression that, as leading platforms, they would have the highest CPCs.

Also, do they allow linking direct to LP?

Yes, they fresh. And I didn't work with them but my friend did. And as he said they have targetting by country and really good cheap cpc. About efficiency all that I know my friend is satisfied)
