Can American/Canadian Affiliates Sign-Up for UK Programs?

Newbie question...

Is there anything preventing an affiliate marketer in the US or Canada from signing up for non-North American affiliate programs...like in the UK?

Any tax implications or regulations I'm missing here?

Hi ...

In all honesty I think you would need to check your local (i.e. state) tax laws, as i think some states have started imposing taxes?

However, overall, I wouldn't envisage any problems ... certainly UK residents have no problems signing up with US based companies ...
