Bing accounts bans problem

You cannot use same computer, same credit card or same url . Once it is banned all new account with with any of these identity will be banned.
@luksa998 , I'm not clear, are you saying that you're trying to use coupons on multiple accounts (one for each) from the same IP? Yeah, that won't work if you are.
I think @aksingh000 is right in that you can't use the same credentials from a banned account to try and open a new account.
If you're not sure why you got banned, have you asked Bing for the specifics? Or tried an appeal? Although, sounds to me like you have broken their TOS, in which case, you may not be able to reinstate your account, or open any new ones. Not legitimately, anyway.
One of the reasons I prefer WH methods.
