Great post - back to basics. I'm really the opposite when it comes to KWs. A lot of people come close to KW stuffing, but I should put more KWs in the body of my text (the images, headings etc - I do put my KWs there).

Quick question. The last point to the article was to don't use "Click Here" on the index page to the internal page - I understand this - but my question is - how should I backlink to the index page. Sure, I have my "home" link - but other than that, should I sometimes backlink in the body of a text (using anchor text) to the index page? Would that little bit of link juice help the index page out?

I actually do that (linking back to home page in the body of my posts using anchor text) and it seems like its been helping with ranking. After all, isn't one of the biggest seo factor the internal link structure and the ease of link juice flow!?
