i came across this network while doing spy
just wondering anyone out there heard of this company
it seems a chinese company with .cn in the domain but i did some search and found nothing on the web about it

I've never heard of them but iceoffers-dot-com is a parked GoDaddy domain.

And yes, I'm sure you're right about the .cn being Chinese.
