One of my mates is looking to start an online shop. She's very inexeperienced in HTML/PHP/Shopping Carts so wants to get set up as easy and as quickly as possible. She's found this service:-

Honestly, if I would go for an online shop and I would be really serious about, then if I could not install it myself I would learn the basics´. It does not take long the it may help later.

Except that, hiring someone is better than just using some kind of services : they just install it and after they forget about you.

I think you need to at least get a domain name and webhosting service.
