Makes me want to say:
<<< <strong>"So how's that working out for ya?</strong>"
Lots of affiliates I know, seem to constantly be looking for that silver bullet, instead of digging in and doing the hard work of building a sustainable affiliate business.
Just like many Americans try fad diet after fad diet, hoping they will find that magic pill, so they don't have to do the HARD work of eating healthy and exercising.
Dreaming is fine and thinking big is great! But I see some affiliates that just keep chasing one scheme after another KNOWING in their heart that typically "if it sounds too good to be true it usually is." We ALL want that quick fix, to some degree. After all we live in a quick fix type of society. However, when it comes to affiliate marketing - just like with dieting - there is no <a href="http://www.sugarrae.com/silver-bullet/">Silver Bullet</a>!
If you read this blog you know I'm a big fan of Rae Hoffman. She just wrote a great piece today about this that started me thinking about the similarities between fad dieters and some affiliate marketers.
<strong>Til then… dream big, work harder AND smarter!</strong>

This is part 3 in her blog series about the "Reasons you fail at affiliate marketing." I'm sure I'll be commenting about a couple of the other posts.<strong><a href="http://www.sugarrae.com/silver-bullet/">Looking for the Silver Bullet</a></strong> "Listen up folks - there is no quick and easy fix to long term success in either weight loss or affiliate marketing. There are no silver bullets in affiliate marketing. Looking for them wastes time, wastes money and potentially wastes opportunities which you might never be faced with again."
