Wow - I'm behind the times. "Fetch as Googlebot" - I didn't know existed. I was one of those guys who kept updating his sitemap everytime I added a page.

Me too. That was one of the top things I came away with from her video. And crawled within 24 hours!! Nice.

I also appreciated her short SEO instructions list:

• Do Something Cool
• Include relevant keywords in your copy
• Be smart about your tags and site architecture
• Sign up for email forwarding in Webmaster Tools
• Attact bus and natural links, votes, +1s, follows
• Stay fresh and relevant (social media sites, accessible on new devices)

From that I learned about email forwarding in Webmaster tools.

VERY interesting that you can use it to discover hacking and hidden injected code.

Thnaks you for adding the video here. I guess for me (and probably for most of us) there was nothing new or earth shattering in it, but it was a good reminder of how things should work (at least what Google claims to work) when it comes to seo.
