Welcome jobboard!, I'm fairly new to the forum aswell and it has been good to me, just like the saying "What you put into it, you get out of it" is how I can describe this forum.
If I were you I would look at movie2k.com, and see what they are doing because I watch free movies on there all the time, I just stream it. Whatever they are doing it's working so follow their lead or learn from their downfalls(too many pop ups) and do it better.

I always found that if you enjoy whatever niche you go into, it will be easier for those hard manual labor hours that is required to get a website running.
