I found last year a good custom print shop located in california who does high quality custom prints (not cheap CafePress quality prints). Well, they cannot be bad, because I blogged about it last year and only a few days ago was somebody thanking me for my post, because it enabled that person...
You are welcome. The first video shows Brian Littleton who took it upon himself to welcome the guests to his Under the Stars party and trade their vouchers for actual tickets to the venue.
And it shows Heather eating massive amounts of sea food at that party hehe.

You are welcome :)
No, this reply was not done by error. You might notice that Heather is in many of the pictures herself, so somebody else must have taken them for her.
I remember taking a few myself :). Good camera! .. btw Heather, what is the brand and model of the camera? If it does...

HI MyAff,
How did you get the emails from that you want to promote to? When got the answer to that question, then you will have also found the answer to your own question as well :)
Hi Niche, thanks for your comment. I actually addressed that in the post. Maybe a bit too brief. I suggested to aim for a lower amount for one merchant and then apply the same methods for a different merchant in a different (preferably related) niche etc.
That boils down to the same thing I...
I agree that it would take the thread off course. I wanted initially response here, but the subject is not only off course, but also requiring some longer description and explanation. So it became a rather long blog post :).
If you plan to start a new thread for this subject, my response would...
I can recommend the eBook from Aaron Wall (SEOBook). It seems to be expensive ($79), but it is worth every penny. It is actually more than ONE book. He could make three books out of it, but I guess he is like J.R.R. Tolkin who wrote his "book" The Lord of the Rings to have his publisher split it...

I first wanted to post my full response here, but then I noticed that it became a bit too long (again) :). I also thought that this general question deserves a bit more attention, so I blogged about it and provided there my suggestions and tips to answer this question. I also referred to the...

Affiliate Recruitment, Finding Affiliates?
For finding new (super) affiliates check out the "Affiliate Recruiter" by Syntryx. It's not cheap, but worth it, if you are serious about your affiliate program. The service is actually more than just a locator tools affiliate partner, but it has...
