Yahoo! Search Marketing?s partnership with MSN is expiring. MSN recently introduced its own portal for paid search advertising, known as MSN adCenter. They are phasing out of their relationship with Yahoo Search Marketing, which has traditionally provided the sponsored listings within MSN Search results.

A new release of MSN adCenter is scheduled for 4/18/06 which should work out some of the kinks and make your adCenter experience easier. MSN has kept a close ear to their advertisers and clients feedback, which helped drive these changes. The new adCenter will feauture:

Keywords: You?ll be able to copy and paste a list of keywords instead of typing them manually.
Parameters: The parameter naming convention will be changed so as to be more intuitive. {param1} will be labeled Destination URL, and params 2 and 3 will be labeled Dynamic Text.
Billing Statements: View your billing statement as a PDF file for easier download and printing.
Hear from Us, or Not: Go to your settings page to opt-in or ?out to receive adCenter marketing materials.

P.S. If you are a Yahoo! Search Marketing affiliate via Commission Junction you will need to remove banners containing MSN?s logo from the Yahoo! Search Marketing affiliate program immediately.
