Would .WEB be useful for affiliate projects?

.WEB is finally moving forward after a $135 million auction and almost 10 years of disputes.

If pricing is reasonable, it could be interesting for tools, reviews, lead-gen, or niche web projects.

Would you use a strong .WEB domain for an affiliate site?

Or would you wait until the extension proves real demand?

For me, it will come down almost entirely to pricing. Short keyword domains are already pushed into premium tiers across many newer extensions, and the acquisition and renewal costs often make little sense for an affiliate project. It is also increasingly difficult to find a strong keyword domain on a credible, established TLD, so I hope .WEB creates at least a few genuine opportunities

If pricing is reasonable, securing good keyword domains for future projects could make sense, especially since most people in this industry always have several ideas waiting in the pipeline
