I would stick Gambling & Casino on push as they are usually higher payout and more restrictive in terms of compliance. Push is very clean and very easy to demonstrate the flow to the ad network.

As for Games & E commerce, I would put them on pop and domain traffic, if the game campaign is for mobile you can do a RON campaign and just optimize by OS version and mobile browser type. E-commerce works best with keyword targeting, targeting the url's of the stores you wanna send traffic too or similar brands. This can be quite expensive though as the targeting is narrow, so if you do this best to leave the other filtering as broad as possible to get the maximum amount of traffic from the websites.
