Which SEO factors are not in your control?

Off-the page SEO is NOT under the control of Publishers directly.

For example-
1. Authority of your website.
2. Quality of your links
3. Engagements
4. SPAM
5. Reputations
6. Country etc

I think the biggest SEO factors that are not under your control are as follows :
1. The Authority of your website (DA, PA)
2. Engagements (depends on your content)
3. Page Rank (Alexa Ranking)

Things that are not in our control are:

1. Google quick ways to crawl your website

2. How the people are searching your ads and site content

3. Competitors activities

4. Ranks of keywords

5. Getting high-quality backlinks from high authority sites

6. Websites attacks

7. Technical errors

You can regulate crawling (index bot) speed (page request intervals) so they say anyway --if that is what you mean.
I usually get my description meta as the 'snippet' under the page title. I keep it relevant and the correct length.

What you cannot control is the Algorithm updates. If your content is good it's usually not a problem if you are gaming the search engines you will need to adjust or change your game.

Things that are not in our control are following
  • Google quick ways to crawl your website
  • How people are searching for your ads and site content.
  • Competitors activities
  • Ranks of keywords
  • Getting high-quality backlinks from high authority sites
  • Websites attacks
  • Technical errors
