Aweber and GetResponse were the two most popular and reputable, back when I last used email marketing.

Aweber, GetResponse and Active Campaign are good and some of the cheapest, Aweber has the less features but is simple to use, Active Campaign has great automation for the price but is a bit iffy with "make money" affiliate campaigns.
