Actually most forums require a number of posts before you will be allowed to put signature or use hyperlink. Different forums have different rules. I guess they are just avoiding spam registration just to post links

You must need to read the rules of this forum which is helpful for you to save from bann. Anyway your signature will be enable after 20 posts.

you should really post at least 30 posts to create signature with links. but after 20 post you will have option to create your signature and work.
