Just a while ago

I tried to sign up fo anotha MSN Hotmail account but i couldn't because

i wasn't sign out

and so i signed out and try to sign up again but it still say that im not sign out.. what's wrong with it? :'( its not good enough

shut down internet explorer, clean out your cookies etc. it could be that.
