What's the Best Way to Create Quiz on Web Page?

How can I do this pls?

I just want to create a quiz on web page of 5 questions that gives users a score at the end
Based on the score the user will be presented with link to one of three pages

0 or 1 questions correct --> link to URL page 1
2 or 3 questions correct --> link to URL page 2
4 or 5 questions correct --> link to URL page 3

Ideally Wordpress, HTML/PHP or other method
I can basic code but not a programmer
Needs to be fast loading and mobile-friendly

There is no email sign up required

1. Make the quiz into a FORM and assign variables to each selection
2. Post the values to a PHP script or a JavaScript.
The output is the link based on your conditional value (SUM)

0 or 1 questions correct --> link to URL page 1
2 or 3 questions correct --> link to URL page 2
3 or 4 questions correct --> link to URL page 3

You can't edit the post and add a keyword(s) or poll AFIK
That is not what I meant --search and you may find a usable script that you can adapt.

I am not a coder so i usually go with plugins. I use thrive quiz and it works great for me. Some friends have tried Quizé plugin

Yes i use only 1 plugin - thrive quiz.

I've used thrive quiz and wp viral quiz, personally I prefer wp viral quiz.

I did use thrive quiz builder before but I don't find it good enough as it's not responsive and 80% of my traffic is from mobile.
Right now I'm using involveme, quiz builder, it's really great. zero coding and lot's of possibilities and different integrations.

Apparently you must have solved your issue long time ago, but I'll keep a comment in case someone needed this..
If you found a survey online that sounds like what you want, rip it and download it and then change it manually using any source code editor .. This way will save you time and effort ..
