What type are you Authority site or Niche site

A lot of people like different things what type do you like Authority site or niche site long term or short term ?? I'm trying to get a feel of things seeing what people like. Hoping to have a lot of feedback.

^^ There is no difference in these terms and it is not a question of like or not.

The goal is always to build a niche website up to an authority site - and that asap, in short term.
But as this is usually not possible, you will have to go on the long term way ...

Agreed. I also believe that people are to impatient so they make a niche site get a couple of dollars off it then move on besides hanging around for the long haul to even make more money. Or they get side tracked by another project. I could me wrong or maybe I am wrong all together but that's why I came to Cpafix
