Instead of giving away free reports as an incentive to sign up for my email list, I want to do audio interviews( higher perceived value). These will be 20 to 30 minute interviews. It's called "The Industry Insider's Monthly Audio Series". Essentially I want to interview industry experts from Investment Banking, Law, Private equity, Commercial Banking and Marketing.
When some one signs up for my list, once a month they'll get a new audio file to listen to. The goal is archive about 12 to 18 months of interviews.
I know everyone says use Skype, BUT not everyone uses Skype. Also, the folks that I'm interviewing are not IMer's. So I want to go into their world and make this a easy process for them.
I have software for editing and it will also convert the audio to hard disk or MP3 files.
If you've conducted and recorded phone interviews, what tools did you use to record you calls?
