Agora pulse and hootsuite are nice tools.. Personally I have already stick with the second.

I think, Crowdbooster and SocialFlow are the best tools for managing accounts, track etc. You can use it without any doubt.

I'm using followlikr to build up followers etc. Seems to work well and it's auto pilot
