It's more about the content than the traffic. Make sure your blog / website has clear Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The navigation structure of the website should be neat and clearly defined. The content should be 100% unique and there shouldn't be any copyrighted material (without proper credits).

you should drive the more traffic as possible, then run it on Adsense. The traffic is never too much the main thing is to drive good traffic.
