What should an affiliate program landing page include?!

I wanted to get your thoughts about what an affiliate program landing page should look like. what do you recommend to put on the landing page to make it invite affiliates to try promoting the brand? would you include promotional materials? payouts? payment terms? payment methods? etc...

these didn't really answer my question, but were really helpful regardless.

rephrasing the question: what should and affiliate program site or minisite include? the site where affiliates can get information about the landing pages, payouts, etc.. not for a network but for a direct advertiser.
