Js is the best,if you dont get C&D letter from facebook. And like and share is also Ok,till fb disables that and bans your website. I think the best thing is to have a website that gets visitors from search engines,that is a long term and safe.

zramoni, seo is grate, but google sandbox is much much worst than any ban from fb. And in seo ... you have much much more work to do to get results
