What type of blog do you read most? - Anything Internet Marketing related because thats my business.
What do you really enjoy about that blog? - Good ideas, well written articles from people that know the business inside out and are still working in the business.
What makes you to revisit it over and over again... - Fresh new content.
What sets them special than those that you never revisit again? - Same as above.

I read mostly crafty blogs with a bit of ranting too! So mainly personal blogs with craft/tech orientation
What do you really enjoy about that blog?
I like to see people putting effort into their posts, really thinking about it, not just posting drivel

I have to like the owner if I dont like them I wont come back

I agree, content is very important. But as xhan pointed out the author should be likeable as well. Techcrunch is a case in point, relatively good content, but the owner is an arrogant idiot. Stopped visiting it long time ago.

I mostly read blogs about seo, web design and web development because I want to learn and improve more my knowledge on that field.
I also read blogs about fashion and celebrity with interesting content because I also want to be updated on their latest news.
