English and Pig Latin. 
Like Jane, I am also Canadian, so took French in school but never use it. When I travel to Arizona, Americans always ask me what surrounding French Canadians are saying. They are surprised that I don't know because they assume that all Canadians are bilingual. Nope.
If I could choose a second language (and I suppose I can), I would like to be able to be fluent in Spanish.

Is this thread up? Here's my two cents
I speak English and Afrikaans.
In high school I took up French but dropped it.
But now getting back into language for some personal development-y stuff.
I can still remember bits of French but my main focus now is to become fluent in Spanish first.
Then perhaps German too because it's very much like Afrikaans.
