If you look at the reviews they are rather dated that may mean nothing good or bad but they are not getting reviews currently <indication of popularity or use? Maybe IDK>

Are you getting the most from the traffic you buy or is the traffic really bad? That is an honest question we all have to ask ourselves.

I think if you're a newbie and starting with sweeps and email submits, then Peerfly might be a good choice. Easy to get accepted to, quite good offer selection etc. Their payout rates aren't the best, but for first learning experiences I think it's pretty good.
