In-house, Affise and others type of them is not any offers, they are tracking platform. This means which software has been used to build the network.

If you see a network put in-house over there it means they use their own software to track conversion and manage the network, on the other hand, if you see others like Affise, HasOffers it means the network use other's SAAS software to manage their network and conversion and paying monthly fees.
