What is Google Algorithm?

Updates on Google search results as per the reputation & traffic of the website's or URL's is called "Google Algorithm". The Google Algorithm Changes tool shows fluctuations in the Google search results. It matches these with recent algorithm updates, showing their impact on both the rankings and the visibility of the websites included in the dataset.

Google's algorithm does the work by searching out Web pages that contain the keywords used to search, then assigning a rank to each page based several factors, including how many times the keywords appear on the page.

The way google ranks websites its called altgoritm and this implies things like content ,on page seo ,of page seo ,link buildigs and many others .The bad thing its that its change very often

Hi

Google is using the algorithm known as rank rank algorithm, in fact this algorithm provides a rank for the webpage so that a search query can be removed, giving an efficient and accurate result. According to the number of reference links for that page, this algorithm increases the value (numeric variable) of the votes on that page. The number of more reference links, more votes are associated with it, overall it is increasing the website's page rank. The website which is more page rank, is given a higher priority and when the query is removed, the first is shown.

Several alterations have been made to make this algorithm faster and productive:
Google Panda
Google Penguin
Google Pigen
Google Humming bird

Hope this help you
