I want to know what is cloaking and is it legal way to rank website or not ?

Cloacking is a way of hiding your landing page to users that are not in your target audience, and also to your competitors! it's very helpful normally on campaigns, but your account may be banned if you use this, for example on Facebook!! take a look on this thread Cloaking is it necessary or not?
