Way to build link ?

I agree with the way you suggested can bring links to the site. But, do you agree that its not possible to gain PR without link building?

Not possible to gain PR? Should not be dabbling in that stuff, who cares about it, just webmasters and they don't have any money anyway, so it's pointless attracting them.

B2b companies is where the money is and a website needs to be built to serve the b2b market. Original ideas are the best and will make more money, get interest and more exposure etc etc

Forget webmaster info sites - they are sad.

In general, there are many ways to build up your backlinks, but, those are the main ones:

1. Submit your website to web directories. make sure that you use the right category for you. Here it is a 1500 do-follow directories list. Take your time .

2. Submit your article to article directories. Make sure you're having unique articles, and I advice you to avoid submitting the same article to more than 10 directories. here it is a list with the best article directories. About 100 of them.

3. Use social bookmarking sites. Here it is a list with about 100 social bookmarking sites, arranged by their PR.

4. Use forums and forum signature to drive traffic and get one-way backlinks. Here it is a list with about 200 DO-FOLLOW forums. They are arranged by PR, and the first 100 of them are webmaster related.

Other methods : blog commenting, yahoo / ask.com answers system, youtube videos (no follow links), press releases, link exchanges with related websites, Classifieds ads, link baits, squidoo lens, etc , etc...

1. Be careful when submitting to directories, your post invites many to basically spam directories for links, and those directories are wise to this and will boot out spam. Thus much of it will fail.

2. Unique articles won't be posted - I guarantee it! All people do is visit these article banks to post, drop links using crap articles(you just told many to do exactly that). So they won't be going there to READ. I don't visit article banks ever, and neither does anyone else, except the desperate and clueless.

3. Social bookmarking sites isn't the best place to target buyers. Like article websites, they go to post/socialise online (as sad as it is) NOT to buy from webmasters.

4. Forum signatures, hmmmm, I don't click them, never will click them and will never take advice from forums. I have my reasons.

I have far better basics in my little finger, than can be found on blogs, info sites or forums. Most of web promotion is pretty easy, but sadly never put into action, plus most decent marketing knowledge won't be shared anyway, so expect to see many websites go bust or never amount to anything.

I've never seen benefit in slogging my guts out and over struggling to get crap, worthless links that never deliver.
