We don't actually have many landing pages that are used for click to call traffic. Our campaigns focus on generating clicks from mobile phones, through the click to call ad extension on Google Adwords. So, there's very little traffic actually landing on our site and calling.

We do use Unbounce for our landing pages and we ensure that the landing pages clearly display a phone number and a click to call link/button.
