Job Description
As an Affiliate Manager you will be accountable for growing the number of users your accounts generate while ensuring the quality of users is good. You will be establishing affiliate partnerships to increase distribution of our technology, extending our reach across products and technologies. You?ll find, cultivate, manage and grow affiliate relationships with various networks.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Growing number of users for each account
Lifetime value of users per affiliate account
RESPONSIBILITES
High level of responsibility managing an account portfolio for a large and fast-growing business
Being responsive to requests from affiliate networks
Monitoring the performance of each affiliate network (daily) and identifying anomalies and addressing them
Continually building relationships with affiliates
Interface with our affiliate tracking system to setup and manage new and existing partners
Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews of all key accounts both internally and externally (with your account managers )
Prospecting for new affiliate opportunities
Work collaboratively with three to five person team to continually share knowledge gained while seeking and cultivating affiliate partnerships
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience growing an affiliate account from $50K to $150K in a six-month period
Proven negotiation and deal structuring skills
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models
Understanding of affiliate marketing business and players in this space
Intermediate Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive approach to learning and development of your own skills, knowledge, and abilities
