Voluum - Duplicated clicks?

I was wondering if anyone else is seeing a large number of duplicated clicks on their campaigns at the moment?

I'm seeing this in most of my campaigns at the moment, where there is a single click but it appears 3 or 4 times in Voluum. Aside from the messed up CTR, it adds up with my monthly over bills.

Interestingly when I run this one campaign with my advertiser, I see a tiny discrepancy between the total/unique clicks. As soon as I start using Voluum, I see 2x total vs unique.

This is an example of what I am seeing:

Same user, same lander, same visit time stamp - but two clicks (with an 18 sec difference).

This test was done on a basic landing page with no scripts and just one button containing the link to my Voluum tracker.

Voluum's support hasn't been much use. Initially, they told me it was a good placement/lander. Now they are saying it's because of scripts.

The only explanation I have is that Voluum is loading the redirects too slowly from the time the user clicks the first time.
