According to several major British ISPs, the BBC's new broadband media player will clog the tubes like they've never been clogged before.
The British Broadcasting Corporation's new iPlayer software client lets U.K. citizens watch video and play audio of shows produced by the state-funded media outlet. This will definetly put more pressure on ISP's. There is a competitive market out there and ISP's are trying to bring down prices to stay ahead. Video download services will mean internet pipes will get clogged up by downloaders and will affect those who are just browsing.

ISP's may also be forced to increase prices if they need to purchase more bandwidth to keep up with the increase in Internet downloads.

Do you think those ISP's who are offering unlimited downloads may change their policies to limited downloads?
