has anyone heard of Instant Buzz?

It was popular for awhile a LONNNNNGGGG time ago. People in IM circles maybe still use, it but I haven't heard anyone talk about it in ages. I used it for awhile, didn't really get much traffic so dropped it. That was maybe 4 years ago or so.
