Looking For traffic from Caribbean countries

Hey, guys, I'm looking for traffic from Caribbean countries, like Costa Rica, Haiti, etc. Can someone make some suggestions about the Ad platforms?

PS:I have found that PropellerAds and ExoClick have very little traffic there.
